5 in One (Finished)

Dear Readers,
I finished Meet Julie, It is about a girl named Julie who moves to a new house. Julie is really sad, because her best friend,Ivy lived right across the street and at school they could send notes to each other, and now that Julie has moved, she and Ivy can not do that and Julie is in another school. All hope is lost until Julie discovers a basketball team and then the coach said NO GIRLS ALOUD.
I also finished reading Meet Addy, it is about a little girl named Addy it is a sad story Addy and her family are slaves they belong to Master Stevens, everything is okay until her father and her big brother Sam are being sold! Addy tries to save them but it does not work!
I also finished The Bailey School Kids- Cyclops Doesn't Roller skate, it is about 4 kids named Howie, Liza, Eddie, and Melody. They solve mysteries but Eddie never believes them.

Next on the list is Just Grace which is another book but this timeI listened to this book on CD.  I thought it was awesome. I did read this book in the summer and I loved it. When I found the CD with my mom at the Library I got excited because I knew that book very well. Just Grace is about a girl named Grace who goes to school in third grade and there is four girls named Grace in her class. Her teacher wanted to call her Grace S. but Grace told her teacher that she wanted to be just Grace. So her teacher, Miss Lois started calling her "Just Grace" which is not exactly what Grace wanted. Grace wanted to be called Grace not "Just Grace" or "Grace S" Miss Lois does not understand. Grace loved to watch Unlikely Heros (a tv show) with her friend Mimi. I super forget the rest (I guess I'll have to buy the book and read it again).

Last is Junie B, First Grader (At Last)! Junie B is moving into 1st grade with Mr. Scary, and that's his real name. Junie B. has to get new glasses but she doesn't want to because she thinks she will look silly and her friend May will laugh at her. May does laugh at her when she gets her glasses and Juinie B does not like that at all.

I got all of these books from the library, my mom takes me almost every Friday. I look forward to Fridays because I love the library. I love bringing new books home to read.

Okay readers, What do you think I should read next?

Tripple Review (updated)

Hello! On my last trip to the library I picked a lot of books to read.

I am working on Meet Julie by Megan Mcdonald, so far it is good. 1.
  1. Who is Julie? Julie is an Amarican Girl.
  2. What happens in her story? Julie moves to a new house.
I finished Junie B. First Grader Cheater Pants, I thought it was very, very funny, because Junie B.'s dad would not let her stay up to do her homework, so she copied her not so good friend May's homework.
  1. What happened to Junie B. when she copied Mary's homework? She got in trouble.
I also finished reading Judy Moody Gets Famous also by Megan Mcdonald I liked it because almost all of her friends including her family are famous but she is not.

  1. Does Judy get famous? How?   Yes, she went to 'THE FAMOUS PET SHOW'.
  2. Why are Judy's friends and family famous?  They are all in the Newspaper.
Here's an update on last weeks post. I asked our Little Bookworm some questions about the story and here answers are posted.
This blog is a work in progress for our girl. Our goal is to bring you a 7 year olds point of view. It's rough and uncut, just the way she is. In time her thoughts and writing will expand and mature, but for now you get a birds eye view of a 7 year old bookworm.

Beezus and Ramona

I read Beezus and Ramona, by Beverly Cleary, I started it on October 2, and finished it the same day. My mom bought me this book from the Lucky Book Order at my school.

I thought it was funny, good, and crazy.
The book was about a girl named Ramona and her big sister Beezus. Beezus' real name is Beatrice but Ramona calls her Beezus because when she was little she couldn't say her sisters real name. In the book Ramona and Beezus fight a lot about everything. It's about Ramona and Beezus learning to get along.
I liked when Ramona wrote on all the pages of her library book. Beezus helped Ramona pay for the book and they got to keep it, and never read it again.

I liked this book enough to read it again sometime.

I give it four stars out of four.

Introduction

This blog features a 7 year old girl who is an avid reader.
She learned to read when she was 5 and we (her parents) have been unable to stop her ever since.

Each time she finishes a book she will take the time to write about the book. Some books are classics, and some are new. Each one she attacks with the same energy devouring page after page.

So check back in a few days to see what "The little bookworm" is up to.
